Psychology

Psychology is one of my go-to subjects. I have had a lifetime of experience with clinical psychology and have been obsessed with how others think because of how much difficulty I felt I had with relationships of all types. But interestingly enough, my first dive into reading about psychology was the niche topic of Behavioral Economics which was created by a Psychologist, Daniel Kahneman, who himself is not a Behavioral Economist nor an Economist. Since then, I’ve branched out into many different facets of psychology. Despite loving to read about it, I often wonder if psychology is more helpful to learn about and talk about OR use in our daily lives to improve it. It can often feel like just talking about talking and usually needs a practical solution, not to mention it can be very frustrating to look for an answer only to find contradicting answers with no results to be found personally with any of them. But that might also be the fun of it; no subject has all the answers, but all of the answers I’ve found in Psychology are, at the very least, fun to talk about.
